La P'tite Soeur

La P’tite Soeur (The Little Sister) is a small craft brewery with an annual capacity of 500 hectoliters. The brewery was created in an underground quarry in our hometown, Bougival, in September 2012 (with an annual production of 120 hectoliters). In 2015 we relocated to Sartrouville, part of the western Parisian suburbs. Now we’re able to welcome the public for tours, tastings, and to sell our beers directly, every Friday and Saturday. The brewery also hosts different brewing-related and cultural events.
We’re working on several projects right now, with a focus on independence, the production of local ingredients, and the recycling of spent grains (compost, etc).
