Brasserie Outland

Outland is a micro-brewery founded in 2011 on the principles of American-style home brewing: eclectic, with heavily Britannic and American inspired styles and recipes, exigence in brewing techniques, and a mission to be perpetually creative and experimental. Outland recently relocated to Fontenay-sous-Bois (Val-de-Marne), so as to be able to augment and diversify their production, all while respecting an exigence in quality and creativity. At a size of almost 300 square meters, the building houses a brewing system and five fermenters. The brewery will soon grow to include a laboratory for experimenting, a bottle conditioning room, and a tasting room. So that you can discover all of the Outland beers, the Outland Bar opened its doors in Paris, at metro Charonne.
