Brasserie de l'Être

The Brasserie de l'Être (the Being Brewery) is a Nature&Progrès craft brewery located in Paris' 19th arrondissement. It was created by Edward Jalat-Dehen and Loïc Lecoin – both lifelong inhabitants and lovers of Paris. After experience in the restaurant industry and entrepreneurship respectively, they decided to create their own brewery, with a very graphic identity. "We choose to work with organic and/or local ingredients in order to favor short circuit economies and to make a quality Parisian beer. Being passionate about our craft, our idea of beer – a way of life and shared knowledge – is for us the occasion to defend the values of the capital: diversity, culture, conviviality, and the joy of living."
