ZéBU at the Grands Voisins - No waste: food & spent grains & beer

- Food Pairing -

Zone-AH! and ZéBU are hosting a day at the Grands Voisins (Cour Robin) dedicated to beer and fighting against food waste: there will be valorization of ugly fruits and vegetables, spent grains from a Parisian brewery in our plates and our glasses, and beer for sale (ZeBeer, the circular circuit ZéBU beer, brewed by Brasserie de l’Être).
Our partners Food de Rue, Biocycle, and Les Pies et Pepperine will be in charge of creating an exceptional no waste menu, proposing spent grain cooking workshops, and running a bicycle mixer to prepare you fresh fruit and vegetable juices, or even to create beer and fruit juice cocktails.
Biocycle is also holding a no waste brewing workshop to create beer from potatoes and unsold bread, with the participation of B Maker.
With special guest brewery: Double Standard (Clamart).
Performances and artistic expositions around the theme of beer will be going on all day (more info soon).
