In a world of craft dominated by ales (high fermentation beers) and where IPAs, NEIPAs and Imperial Stouts have hidden the universe of spontaneous or mixed fermentations (Lambics, sours)... We dedicate the openning of the Paris Beer Week to Lagers. These beers are brewed with much more recent yeasts, they ferment at a low temperature. The result is a thirst-quenching beer style, very fragile and highly complex to develop.

Forget all your prejudices about industrial Pils, you will get to taste exceptional lagers during this evening!
