Sulauze au naturel

- Tasting / Meet the Brewer -

By producing their own barley and hops and using wild yeast, Sulauze is proving that beer and wine are two universes that are very close! Situated in the Midi, the region has 30 hectares of Coteaux d’Aix vines and a craft brewery that develops all of their products in the most natural way possible.

We’ll be discovering their series of wild or sour beers (sometimes barrel aged!), in the presence of the brewers, as well as tasting bio-dynamic wines of the same region. During the tasting, you’ll discover that the frontier between beer and wine is sometimes much smaller than we believe!
