Here's an opportunity to come see how lactic fermentation works! Come give us a hand in preparing the sour beers that you'll be able to find at our stand during the Grand Finale!
Starting at 1pm: preparation of the grains, mash in, sparging, boiling Between 4pm-6pm: the key moment in which a handful of malts are added to the wort, thereby adding the lactobacillus necessary for the production of acidity and funky notes that come with the style!
RDV for the next part on Tuesday June 11th at 6pm (final boil and hopping).
