Sour beers and Salmon with Oedipus Brewing and Origine Gourmet

La Binouze and Origine Gourmet are getting together to create an incredible culinary experience, with beer/food pairings and a salmon slicing demonstration.
On one side, you’ll have the beers of Oedipus Brewing, rising star of the Amsterdam craft beer scene, known for their sour beers (Gose, Berliner Weisse and other sour mashed beers). On the other side, Origine Gourmet’s salmon, raised in the Orkney Islands in harmony with its natural life cycle for three years: this gives the salmon enough time to develop a firm flesh without any extra fat. It is then smoked in one of Scotland’s oldest smokehouses in the great local tradition.
This will be the occasion to observe the cutting of great quality salmon, while exploring the universe of beer and food pairings with the refreshing sour beers of Oedipus.
