Reusing spent grains - making bread and crackers

This afternoon we're proposing a workshop reusing spent grains from the public brew at Biérocratie and showing you how to make bread and crackers with it. Two sure-fire recipes for conscientious brewers that want to recycle brewing wastes. The crackers will be cooked on site and can be enjoyed with a few beers, the bread will be cooked at our partner bread shop. Everybody can bring back their own baguette!
