At noon, you can come try our special 5-day formula: "Beer at the table".

One day, one dish, and one excellent beer for 19€. The food and beer pairings were created by our Chef Franck, and beerologist Thibault Schuermans.

Here's the program (which might be lightly modified depending on the ingredients available) Attention, the quantities are limited!

  • MONDAY: Roasted Rosine vegetables Senegal-style (spicy). Beer: "Koyt Interruptus", Brasserie de la Pleine Lune. It's a rich beer of low bitterness, with pepper notes and marsh myrtle.

  • TUESDAY: Salmon cooked unilaterally, with Asian spices and organic wok vegetables. Beer: "Mantis" from La Débauche brewery. Peat smoked malt beer with lime, bergamot, calamansi and pink grapefruit.

  • WEDNESDAY: Sardines in pastille with fresh salad. Beer: "Piscoteca", P'tite Maiz brewery. It's a beer inspired by the famous "pisco sour" with lemon and salt from Pakistan for a finish that's fresh and lightly sour.

  • THURSDAY: Indian-style chicken, curry, white rice and roasted almonds. Beer: "Sweet Ganesh", Goutte d'Or brewery. It's sweet and spiced like an Indian dessert camouflaged under the guise of an English white stout. Direction Taj-Mahal.

  • FRIDAY: Breaded veal scallop with thyme, roasted whole vegetables and spiced sauce. Beer: "Neudorf", Bendorf brewery. Craft amber beer with notes of caramel and red fruits, a lasting bitterness for a well balanced beer.
