Description of the association: ZéBU, the ecosystem of urban breweries, is an experimental project that wants to help urban microbreweries to reduce their waste output. How? By proposing alternatives so that their spent grains are valorized rather than thrown out or burned. Energy, agriculture, human and animal aliments, eco-construction… the paths towards valorization are numerous and promising!

Love Your Waste, an enterprise that works with projects that use collective catering installations in the management of their organic waste, now collects the spent grains of 3 Parisian breweries in the framework of the ZéBU project.

For the "Drêche Urban Fork Festival” (DUFF) organized by Zone-AH! and their partners, come visit the experimental ZéBU platform to know more about the drying and storing of spent grains as a way to valorize them. Demonstrations and animations around the management of bio-waste with AEFEL, Love Your Wast and DM Compost. Tasting of foods made with spent grains.

Places limited to 15 people per visit, inscription required (free)
