Initiation to Beer Pairing

Ma Bière and Bière Masterclass invite you to a food and beer pairing discovery workshop.
The practice is more delicate than with wine. You need to know how to pair a larger variety of alcohol percentages, bitterness, and an infinite number of aromas. Successful pairings are worth the effort, as they enhance both the dish and the beer.
There are four beers on the menu (Porter, Weisse, Saison, IPA) and 5 foods:
- sea food
- goat cheese
This discovery will be lead by Girec Aubert, beerologue, who will be playing with different types of pairings, both complementary and contrasting.
