The geekiest among you will already know De Garde brewery, and the others will be just as pleased to come taste their high voltage sour beers.

This Oregon brewery is one of the most specialized in the US in terms of wild fermentation. Here, there's no yeast culturing: it's really wild yeast from the region doing the work. Plus, the beers age from 6 months to 5 years in barrels to create these rare pearls that we're inviting you to come and taste.
