Outland is the first French brewery to develop a range of "Brut" beers. The addition of the enzyme "Amyloglucosidase" allows the creation of dry beers, without residual sugars.
Pioneers in the style, Outland experiments and develops numerous Brut beer recipes. Brut Beer, Brut Pils, Brut IPA, Fruit Brut, and even Brut Barley Wine, tonight's the occasion to sample our Bruts on tap but also to have a taste of our exclusive "Brut Brett Saison", only available at Outland Bar.
Sour Cider and guest Brut beers will fill out the beer menu, including notably beers from the "Slushie" (beers with Champagne yeast) program from the English brewery Cloudwater.
