Brunch Azimut with Hot Pastrami Sandwiches

As a lovely way to end to this 4th Paris Beer Week, we’re inviting Azimut, a new brewery from Bordeaux, to come have brunch with us at the shop this Sunday May 14.
On the menu: Hot pastrami sandwiches, chips and fresh beers, including a lime and basil wheat beer (the perfect detox). Our friend and brewer of Azimut, Vincent, will be there.
For the occasion we’ll also be doing a tasting of an experimental beer that we’ve done with him: a saison style beer fermented in 4 different fermenters with 4 different types of yeast.
