Brewing & reuse of spent grains

Come spend an afternoon brewing an American IPA with us. At the same time, we’ll be reusing the spent grains from the brew to make bread, cookies and soft caramels. Three easy recipes for brewers who want to eliminate as much waste generated by the brewing process as possible. The cookies will be baked at the workshop and can be enjoyed with a few beers. Each person will be able to take home some bread dough (it needs to rest a few hours) to bake at home in the oven.
