Beer & Spent Grains (Hi)Stories

Wednesday, June 6th from 14:00 to 16:00

The team of the ZéBU project - the ecosystem of urban breweries - proposes, in partnership with the Historic Society of Sèvres, a visit of the Caves du Roy, formerly occupied by the Meuse brewery. It's the occasion to share and talk about local beer history and "ancestral" practices of the valorization of spent grains by these breweries (because these old breweries already knew what to do!)

Limited to 20 people, inscription required. Donations gladly accepted (7€ recommended)

Inscriptions at:

  • 2 Place du Colombier
